Hi again, from Sheryl and Tom!

As I was driving to the hotel from the military base the other night, I was singing along to the radio. Most times I mindlessly listen and sing along but that day, for some reason, the words were all crystal clear. It was a song by a band called Nickelback. The title of the song is "Feelin' Way Too Damn Good". The main chorus is this: "Something's gotta go wrong coz I'm feeling way too damn good." I love music - all types of music - but I especially love rock and roll. I enjoy the music and the melody but not always the words, so I change a lot of the words and sing them in a more positive way. I decided to change the words to this song and say that "Nothing's gonna go wrong .....".

The very next song that came on was by a band called Biff Naked, "I Love Myself Today". She sings that "I love myself today, not like yesterday .....". I changed these words to "I love myself today, just like yesterday.....".

Today is tomorrow's yesterday. I love myself every day!!!!

We spent most of the month of January in Key Largo, Florida. What a beautiful place!! Tom's family rented a house on the beach for the month and invited all the kids to come and play. We had a wonderful time! The weather was a bit cold but nowhere near as cold as it was in Michigan! You have probably guessed by now that we did a lot of scuba diving. Not nearly as much as I would have liked, however, because of the weather, but it was nice to finally dive someplace where I could see more than 5 feet in front of my face.

It was a working vacation. We shot a pilot for a scuba diving show and some other projects that we have in the works. We had 2 computers, tons of camera equipment, scuba equipment and all our personal stuff. The truck was groaning all the way there. But it was very nice to "get away from the cold" and have some fun in the sun. Our first scuba adventure was on a windy day. There were 5 foot rolling swells. Even at the bottom, which was 25 feet, the water was still kind of moving back and forth. I now know what it feels like to be in a washing machine. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed the 'swishy' feeling. We dove 2 shipwrecks and I went to a depth of 96 feet while diving the Spiegel Grove. I am very excited to be going on my next scuba adventure!

An internal vibration like that of a jet engine could be the first clue that you are about to have an out-of-body experience (OBE).
