ON A PERSONAL NOTE:
Are you living in the moment? Do you find yourself wishing that things were different? Every single person has the ability to live the life that they really want. I know it sounds like a fantasy, but even if you change 1 little thing you are making a difference. You can change your reality by changing the way you think and look at the world. It is absolutely possible to change things without doing anything other than changing the way you think about things.

A couple of years ago I was not really happy with myself. I weighed more than I wanted to and I was not living the life that I had envisioned for myself. I took a serious look at myself and realized that I was not giving me the same attention that I did other things. In that moment, I changed my reality and started thinking about myself the way I wanted to be. Instead of looking at my body and being critical, I started thinking about how beautiful I was. I complimented myself constantly.

I suppose it may sound a little nutty, but falling in love with myself completely changed my life. I did not physically do anything different and I lost 62 pounds. Then I met the man of my dreams - who had been right under my nose for over 12 years. We have been together now for over 2 years and I am so very happy. All because I changed my thought patterns. (P.S. Tom wants me to let you know that he did not all of a sudden notice me because I lost 62 pounds. He says he is shallow but not that shallow.)

I am now living the life I envisioned for myself. And it is always getting better. I have created a new Clearing and Manifesting CD. I want to share with you how I learned to change my reality so you can change yours - if you want to. The CD is the featured item of the month. It contains 2 spoken-word meditations. Just find a comfortable place, with no distractions, and meditate along with me. I use creative visualization to help you see how to clear past issues in the first meditation and mainifest your reality in the second meditation.

These methods have helped me immensely, I want to be able to help you too.
