Welcome to the Expression of Self Newsletter!! Hi again, from Sheryl and Tom! I would like to start this newsletter with a big THANK YOU to everyone who answered my request from the last newsletter. I asked everyone to critique the web site and send me their thoughts and ideas. I received many responses, all with very constructive ideas and insights. Because of your ideas and insights, big changes are occurring with the web site. A new shopping cart will be added soon to make ordering your products easier. The home page has been changed a bit in order to have a faster download time, however, I am still working on making it easier to read. Products that are more "male oriented" will be added. New products are always being sought to add to the collection. If you, or someone you know, is making a specialty item that you would like to sell on the web site, please write to me at thoughts@expressionofself.com. Please feel free to forward this newsletter on to others. We are trying to expand our circle of friends and are asking your help in doing this. And again: any honest, constructive feedback is always welcome. For a limited time, you will receive a free gift with all orders of $50 or more. The gift consists of a small wood and brass box with a pendulum hidden inside. Pendulums will be the next product added to the web site. Each box is slightly different and the pendulums have different stones and different cuts.  PERSONAL NOTES: This is something I have thought about many times in my life. I do not like to think about death - even though I feel it is a re-birth. It is a very difficult subject to deal with at any time, however, what would I do if I knew I only had a week left? Would I have to tell all my friends and family how much I love them and how very dear they are to me? Would I travel to some far off place that I have always wanted to see? Would I feel bad about the things I have done in this lifetime or would I feel bad about the things I never made time to do? I tell my friends and family how much they mean to me all the time. I am the "huggey/kissey" person in the family. I like to tell people how much they mean to me and how much they are appreciated. Just a simple touch to the arm can mean so much. The people that touch my life KNOW they have touched my life. I like to travel!! Tom likes to travel too, so this works out very well. One of my travel goals is to visit every state in the USA and every country in the world. I have been to many places but still have many more to visit. But would I jump on a plane and travel someplace new if I knew I only had a week left? I had a very great childhood and my adulthood is pretty awesome too! I never want to feel bad about the things I have done or the things that I have never made time to do. I have heard the saying "Live life to its fullest" and that is what I attempt to do every day. I am more successful some days than others but it is a goal in progress. Today we went to the baptism for 9 babies. This is the beginning of their life and I sat there and wished for those babies to have more successful days than unsuccessful days. A death and a birth. Family and friends brought together. I am living my life one breath at a time and enjoying every second of every day. This is my goal and if I were to only have one week left --- it would be the best week of my life -- no matter what I was doing.
